To use MFG Panel, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

2. License and Acceptable Use

MFG Panel grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the service for your internal business purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the service.
• Sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the service to any third party.
• Use the service to manage or store any illegal materials or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.

3. Your Data

You retain all ownership rights to the data you input into MFG Panel ("Your Data"). We do not claim any ownership over it. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, and display Your Data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, NOR DO WE MAKE ANY WARRANTY AS TO THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICE. YOU USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MFG PANEL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; OR (C) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
